-The request must be specific.

-If it is a city ordinance that you would like, it has to be requested with the name of the ordinance and the ordinance number

-The City of Potlatch does not mail the requested documents

-The person requesting the documents must pick up the requested documents at City Hall.

-Public records requests that require over 2 hours of labor to complete may incur an additional charge.

-The City of Potlatch charges ten cents (10¢) per copy made at City Hall.

-Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-910(a), there will be a fee of twenty-five cents (25¢) per page for a copy (both paper AND electronic formats) of any law, resolution, record or other document or paper on file in the office of the Secretary of State.
