Water Base Rate (in town) $40.00/month

0-8,000 gallons $2.80 per 1,000 gallons used

8,000 gallons and up $2.90 per 1,000 gallons used

Water Base Rate (out of town) $45.75/month

0-8,000 gallons $2.90 per 1,000 gallons used

8,000 gallons and up $3.40 per 1,000 gallons used

Sewer $65.00/month

Sewer charge with no water use $33.07/month

Garbage

35 gallon roll cart $32.11/month

65 gallon roll cart $35.96/month

95 gallon roll cart $38.53/month

Extra bag of garbage will be charged at $6.00 per bag

If you change your garbage roll cart size,

there will be an $23.06 change-out fee

billed to your account.

Yard Debris $20.00/month

If utility payments are not received

by the 25th of the month,

there will be a $5.00 late fee for water

and a $5.00 late fee for sewer
