Below you will find the appropriate applications and order of processes. Building Permit Process 1. Submit the appropriate application to the City of Potlatch along with your construction plans. 2. The City will then submit your application and plans to the City's Building Inspector at Latah County. 3. Latah County Inspector will then review the application and building plans. If changes are needed, they will contact the name on the application. If they approve the application and the plans, you will pay the permit fee to the City of Potlatch and City Hall will then issue you a Building Permit.
